Return and Exchange Policy

At I Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition;
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards;
Final sale or clearance items;
Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective).

How to initiate a return:

Email ipickleballshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

2. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (for size, color, etc.), please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

We’ll ship the new item after we receive and inspect the original product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at ipickleballshop@gmail.com;
Include photos of the issue and your order number.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
